Advent: Awe and Wonder Day 19

I’m stuck. I’m stalled out. I’m out of words. I’ve been experiencing God’s Awe and Wonder in meaningful ways yet today, I have no words. Maybe that’s a good thing. Maybe today the only thing we need to soak in is the TRUTH and ever fulfilling Word of God. Just as the shepherd takes great care to provide for His sheep to keep them healthy and thriving, our God –––the Great Shepherd–– gives us His Word for our own nourishment. Advent: Awe and Wonder Day 18

  I pray for you, ya know. In addition to begging God for His words and not my own agenda, I pray that you will see through my thoughts, my ramblings, my journals and use this space as a catalyst for your own conversation with Jesus. Let us press on towards our goal of seeking Awe and Wonder this Advent. Let us not allow the familiar distractions of stress, emotions, buying, wrapping, gifting to divert our eyes toward the heavenlies and sing heart songs such as, O Come Let Us Adore Him.
