I wish I could hug each and every one of your necks.

Please know that though our Stress Point online summer study is “officially” over, it is NOT OVER. Take your time and work through the chapters. Take your time to really sit and have some meaningful conversations with Jesus and then come back here to LIVE IT OUT! and let me know how He is speaking to you. You have no idea how much it THRILLS me to see that you are living out the Kingship of Christ in all your stress points.
REMEMBER: The archives of the Stress Point Online Study will be in the pink navigation bar above under Stress Point. YOu can always click there to catch up on chapters, etc.
I want to encourage you to not skip the last conclusion chapter of Stress Point. I wrote it to give you a way to reflect and recount ways that God spoke to you through this book. It can even be a place to check back in later one when you need a reminder of how Jesus is your King of Kings and Lord of Lords with your money, your career, your love life, etc. So…pinky swear to me that you will do the conclusion…ok??
Next week I am taking a bit of a blogging break BUT I will be posting articles I’ve written for other websites through out the summer. I think you will like these other ministries and websites!
OHHHH! And some fun news…my new friend Jennifer Roth is starting up an online study of Stress Point soon. It will be fun to get her perspective on the Stress Point topics and I will be chiming in ever now and then with some new video blogs! She’s also doing a giveaway of Stress Point. Check it out HERE.
Have a great Friday!
HUGS!
This is definitely NOT the end. I’ve had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting this blog often.
I completed the conclusion chapter earlier this week and agree that it’s a fantastic way to reflect on these past ten weeks. It also provides a quick and handy reference for later down the road.
Also, I receive the encouraging words daily devotional for women from christianitytoday.com. Here’s today’s devotional:
Today’s verse: “The LORD will work out his plans for my life—for your faithful love, O LORD, endures forever. Don’t abandon me, for you made me.” (Psalm 138:8)
Encouragement for today: Do you ever feel as if God has abandoned you? David seems to have felt that way here. Yet despite his feelings, he asserts his confidence that because God made him in the first place, God has plans for his life that he will work out in accordance with his faithful love. Especially in times of stress or doubt, these truths can sustain us and turn our doubts away. —Diane Eble, author of Abundant Gifts: A Daybook of Grace-Filled Devotions
Such a perfect reminder, especially on the last day of our study. Thank you to everyone for such an awesome summer!
Sarah! Thank you so much for your obedience to God and writing this book – I’ve learned so much about God, life, and about myself! Definitely a book I will refer back to. I look forward to reading other posts by you and living out the Kingship of Christ through every stress point life throws! Oh, and I pinky swear that I will do the conclusion! ;) Blessings and hugs to you, sweet friend!

Sarah,
Thank you so much for doing this. I didn’t comment as much as I thought I would at first, but this was a blessing to me this summer. :)
Love,

Just wanted to share what God is doing in my heart… This Tuesday I am going to help serve at a soup kitchen and then in October I am doing a walk for Pathways for Pregnancy this is a huge thing for me cause I never would have imagined of doing this before hand especially by myself… I aways want someone “to go with me” But I am so happy and excited to be doing this!!
Meg! Awesome…keep us posted on how this goes.
Way to go, Meg! That’s awesome that you’re breaking away from your comfort zone.
