This week we have another guest LISTER! Meet my super sweet friend Katie Hodges…
My name is Katie Hodges and I am currently a Senior Advertising Major at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. I was also born and raised in the Boone area. I have been blessed with two incredible, Godly parents who have raised me up right. I am so in love with my Savior and live my life to please Him. I enjoying being with my friends, telling jokes, experiencing new things and being outside.

1. Uganda– I had the privilege of meeting a little boy from Uganda when I went to see the Children of the World Choir. He had been kidnapped and trained to be a solider when he was about 5 years old, but you would never know because the smile on his face and the energy that he exuded was so beautiful and reflected his love for Christ. Ever since I meet him I have always purposed in my heart that I would one day go to Uganda.
2. Rome, Italy– I have always loved history and have been fascinated by the history behind Rome and all that took place there.
3. Greece– I love movies that are set in Greece, I think it’s an absolutely beautiful place and I would love to visit it one of these days!
4. Australia– My grandparents were able to travel to Australia when I was younger and they brought me back this sheep’s wool rug that I had in my room until I went to college and I always loved when my grandparents would tell me about Australia.
5. Hawaii– I have never been to Hawaii and I want to go so badly. One of my favorite shows in Hawaii Five-O and I’ve just fallen in love with. Every time a show is set there I watch it. I remember the first time I ever saw Hawaii was when I was watching Saved By The Bell when I was younger and thinking to myself “I am going to go there one day.” Graduation from college present perhaps? Fingers crossed.

Austailia- I love their accent and just would love to visit
Grand Canyon- even though i am afraid of heights i would love to go and see one of Gods amazing creations.
Hawaii or any of the tropical islands.. i heard from people who have gone there, they say its sooooo beautiful they wonder what heaven is going to be like!
Rwanda/Uganda: I’ve always had a heart for Africa as long as I can remember…to go there in Jesus name would be even more incredible!
Israel: to ride a camel and walk where the men of the Bible walked!
Italy/Greece: to smell the salt of the sea and see the vineyards, walk the roads and stay in a house tucked into the mountains
Alaska: because my Daddy always wanted to go there and he never got the chance!
Greece – That place is just beautiful!
Italy – Rome, Venice, Florence, Milan, Naples, Verona. . .
Australia – I had a teacher in junior high school that was from Australia. His accent was the coolest!
LA – I recently made my very first trip to California (San Francisco) and LA is must!
1. Germany to see the Neuschwanstein Castle! It’s the one Disney used to model Cinderella’s Castle.
2. The Great Beerier Reef and Hawaii. So many beautiful fishes and coral!
3. Great landmarks in the US: Mt. Rushmore, all the war memorials, Grand Canyon…
