While I sat in my car, reading my Bible and trying to implement the steps to filling up on God that I discussed on She Seeks I just HAD to vlog about it.
Tell me about a special place or time of day where you encounter the Lord…
Check out my inspirational entry over on She Seeks this week.
Hi Sarah,
This is my first comment on your blog, and my first read too! (Tho I wonder if I may have momentarily passed here by a few years ago…)
Thank you for your lunch-break vlog… I loved it! I’m feeling really down and struggling in my faith at the moment, and I haven’t had that connection-special-time-place-God thing going on at the moment… but I want to. Thank you for your encouragement… I’m looking forward to hanging around here a bit more and getting to know you and your journey.
Rachael
Thanks for joining me!
Hey Sarah! Okay, so I love praying and talking to God when I’m in the shower. I know, it sounds crazy, but I do it anyway! I also like spending time with God while driving in my car and while sitting perched in an Amish rocker on my front porch with my Bible balanced on my knees. The key for finding quiet time for me is to find a SUPER QUIET place to meet Him at. The more obscure and quiet place, the better!
I LOVE THIS, Sarah. Yes…the more obscure and quiet the better.
I TO PRAY EVERY MORNING IN MY TRUCK AND ROCK OUT TO CHRISTEN MUSIC.IT IS HOW I START MY DAY
Missy, So glad I’m not the only one who secludes myself in my vehicle! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for your post on She Seeks. It was my first visit to She Seeks and your blog, and I appreciate your heart for ministry and encouraging young women! I also loved your honesty! I’ve been learning to spend more personal time with Jesus, so your post was timely.
I’ve been enjoying reading/Bible journaling/praying out of doors; it is so peaceful and I can really concentrate on what I’m learning…that is until the bugs hit! :)
Again, thanks for writing, and I look forward to reading more of your blogs! :) Blessings!
